Only after he came home ( ) he remember the appointment. It was not until he came home ( ) he remembered the appointment.

He pretended that he had met her (a ). He made (b ) that he had met her by chance.

I hear that both he and you are (f ) the plan. I hear that not only you but also he ( ) in favor of the plan.

解答

(1) did, that (2) accidentally, believe (3) instant, into (4) himself, too (5) for, is

単語

appointment 任命、約束 only after ~ …

2番目の文は it is not until ~ that …

「たまたま」は by chance、by accident、accidentally、happen to など。

as soon as、the moment、directly と同じ。

Are you for or against the plan? not only A but also B
