although と though

although と though は2つの文節を対立させるときに使う。

Though I didn't like math, I studied it very hard.
私は数学が嫌いだったが、一生懸命数学を勉強した。

regardless of

though と異なり、名詞や名詞節をともなって「…にもかかわらず」を意味する。

I didn't buy the book regardless of needing that.
その本が必要だったのに、買わなかった。

all the same

all the same も though のように、それが属する文節に「にもかかわらず」という意味を加えます。

Bob plays the piano well, but he can't read music sheet all the same.
